About this item
① Premium Performance -- The FCG32RCP front fork boasts a travel range of 203mm (if need up to 228mm, need contact us to customize), specifically engineered for high-performance downhill and off-road biking. It features a stanchion diameter of 37mm and a caliper mount spacing of 74mm, making it compatible with 203mm disc brakes (with upgrade options available), ideal for electric dirt bikes and downhill bikes.
② Advanced Suspension Technology -- Featuring an inverted oil-spring damping system, the FCG32RCP has an asymmetrical design with independent left and right legs. It offers multi-stage adjustments for compression damping, rebound damping, and spring preload, allowing precise tuning for various riding styles and terrain conditions.
③ Durable Construction -- Constructed from AL6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy for the bottom brackets and AL7075-T6 aluminum alloy for the fork tubes, the FCG32RCP combines robustness with lightweight properties. The 55CRSI spring wire further enhances durability and performance under rigorous conditions.
④ Customizable Tuning -- The fork's multi-stage adjustments, including high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound, and spring preload, are controlled by easy-to-access manual knobs. This feature ensures quick and precise tuning for optimal performance and comfort in diverse riding environments.
⑤ Enhanced Bottom-Out Support -- A distinctive oil pressure bottom-out design provides strong support at the end of the suspension travel, enhancing stability and minimizing the impact of severe impacts.
⑥ Consistent Damping Performance -- The internal damping system includes dual compression valve plates, ensuring stable and reliable damping. The use of high-quality, low-friction, low-freezing-point shock absorber oil maintains consistent damping performance, even under extreme conditions.

FAQ
Q: If the FCG32RCP fit Surron Light bee, Talaria mx4 sting r or other Talaira model bike?
A: Our FCG32RCP is definitely fit Surron light bee. However, there is no way that one fork can be compatible with all models, for example, the forks of the fox 40 will need to be grind off a little bit on the Light Bee (as shown in the picture) in order to prevent the outer tube from hitting the frame. So for Talaria mx4 sting r need to grind off a little bit (like pics).
Q: Why is the spring preload adjustment on the FCG32RCP important compared to Fastace ALX13RC forks?
A: The FCG32RCP features a multi-stage spring preload adjustment that sets it apart from many other forks. This adjustment allows you to fine-tune the amount of preload on the spring, which is crucial for balancing the fork's responsiveness and support based on your riding style and weight. While some forks offer basic preload settings, the FCG32RCP’s multi-stage system ensures that you can achieve the perfect balance for both everyday riding and extreme conditions. This level of customization enhances both comfort and control, making the FCG32RCP a superior choice for riders who demand more from their suspension.

Let customers speak for us
-
Low-Speed Compression Damping (LSC)
Controls the shock absorber's response to gradual impacts and low-speed movements. It’s essential for reducing bounce and instability during everyday riding activities such as pedaling, climbing stairs, or traversing uneven surfaces. Proper adjustment of LSC enhances ride stability and comfort.
-
High-Speed Compression Damping (HSC)
Manages the shock absorber's response to rapid impacts and high-speed situations, such as drops or sudden bumps. It prevents the shock absorber from becoming too soft during intense impacts, maintaining control and stability to prevent loss of balance and potential accidents.
-
Rebound & Spring Preload Adjustments
The rebound damping is set according to the rider's weight, habits and road conditions. When riding on different road surfaces, let the front reduction rebound faster and more active to reduce the hardness, or let the front reduction rebound slower to control the bike more steadily.
Increase or decrease the spring preload to make the damping more or less supportive and more able to support or fit the rider's weight.
